Seamless steel pipes may experience deformation and cracking during the quenching process, mainly due to improper heat treatment processes during the quenching process. The following are some quenching methods that may cause deformation and cracking of seamless steel pipes:

Direct fire: Direct fire is a heat treatment method that directly heats seamless steel pipes to high temperatures and quickly cools them. If the temperature and time of direct fire are not properly controlled, it may lead to deformation and cracking of seamless steel pipes.

High frequency quenching: High frequency quenching is a heat treatment method that uses high-frequency current to heat the surface of seamless steel pipes and quickly cool them. If the high-frequency quenching process is not appropriate, it may cause the surface of seamless steel pipes to overheat, leading to deformation and cracking.

High temperature quenching: High temperature quenching is a heat treatment method that rapidly cools seamless steel pipes after heating them to high temperature. If the temperature and time of high-temperature quenching are not properly controlled, it may lead to deformation and cracking of seamless steel pipes.
