1. Durable and sturdy advantages.
Seamless steel pipe is a steel pipe that is resistant to impact, abrasion, corrosion, and has a long service life, with a long-lasting effect (compared to others). Can meet various laying needs.
2. High temperature resistance advantage. Ordinary carbon steel can withstand temperatures up to 350 ℃. If special alloy elements such as chromium, nickel, tungsten, and titanium are added in production, seamless steel pipes can withstand high temperatures of around 600 ℃, improving their unique use. Plastic pipes commonly used in daily life and production (PVC, UPVC, PPr, aluminum-plastic pipes) have a temperature resistance of only about 100 ℃.
3. High voltage resistance advantage. Seamless steel pipes have excellent mechanical properties, and ordinary seamless carbon steel pipes can withstand pressure from 1.6 MPa to 6.4 MPa. If special alloy elements are added in production, the pressure resistance can reach ultra-high pressure, thus meeting the special production process requirements. This is one of its most important advantages over cast iron pipes, copper pipes, aluminum pipes, and various non-metallic pipes.
4. Advantages in weldability. Seamless steel pipes have excellent weldability and are easy to extend, connect, and insert. However, cast iron pipes, reinforced concrete pipes, etc. are difficult to compare with them.
5. The inner surface of seamless steel pipes is smooth, and the conveying resistance is very small.
6. Seamless steel pipes are resistant to high temperature, high pressure, mechanical stamping, low resistance, and easy to connect and extend, making them the best material for long-distance fluid transportation.
